After having ratified the Convention on Biological Diversity in June 1995, the Central African Republic undertook the process of developing a National Plan for the Conservation and Management of Biodiversity, like the other signatory countries of the Rio Convention. de Janeiro in 1992. The action plan for this strategy, the subject of this report, constitutes a stage. It will be supplemented by a budget, program and project sheets, a financing and resource mobilization plan.
