Vassaka-Bolo Strict Nature Reserve

The Vassako-Bolo reserve, located in the Bamingui - Bangoran national park in the north of the country, was the first nature reserve created in 1960 under the name of the Oubangui-Chari reserve. Its vocation is the protection of animal species living in this space. It covers an area of 860 km². Fauna is similar to that of Bamingui-Bangoran National Park.
